Draft. Needs legal review before live billing, in particular the withdrawal rights that apply to consumers in the EU.

The service

ZombyIO adds moderation, levelling, welcome messages and reaction roles to a Discord server. The free plan is available indefinitely; Premium raises the limits of an existing feature and never unlocks a basic one.

Subscriptions

• A subscription belongs to a Discord server, not to the person who paid. Every administrator of that server can manage it.
• Prices are shown as final consumer prices including VAT.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen interval until cancelled. Cancelling stops the renewal; Premium stays active until the end of the paid period, and nothing further is charged.
• Subscriptions bought on this website can be cancelled at any time in the server's billing page, through the Stripe customer portal, or without logging in via the "Cancel contracts here" page linked in the footer of every page. Receipt of a cancellation is confirmed immediately with a reference number.
• Invoices for payments made on this website are available on the server's billing page as PDF downloads.

Purchases made through Discord

Premium can also be bought inside Discord ("Premium Apps"). For those purchases Discord is the seller: Discord charges the payment, handles taxes, issues the receipts, and applies its own refund and cancellation terms. Manage or cancel such a subscription in your Discord settings under Subscriptions; receipts are in your Discord settings under Billing. The yearly plan is only available on this website.

Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)

Consumers in the EU have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving reasons. For Premium the service begins immediately upon purchase, which you expressly agree to at checkout; if you withdraw within the 14 days, you owe payment for the value of the service provided up to the withdrawal, proportionate to the price. To exercise the withdrawal right, a clear declaration is enough — the cancellation page linked in the footer, or an email to the address in the imprint, both work. For purchases made inside Discord, withdrawal is handled by Discord under its own terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use ZombyIO to harass people, to evade Discord’s own rules, or to automate abuse. We may suspend a server that does.

Availability

We aim for continuous operation but do not promise a specific uptime. Discord outages are outside our control.
