Frequently asked questions
Who pays, and for what exactly?
Premium is per server, never per member. Any admin who can manage the server can upgrade it: in the dashboard by card or another method Stripe offers, with a code or with their Zomby balance, or through Discord in the app. Every admin then shares it.
What does the yearly plan save?
15 percent. A year costs 61.20 EUR instead of 72.00 EUR.
How can I pay?
Card and the local payment methods Stripe supports in your country. You can also subscribe through Discord itself, directly in the app.
What happens when Premium ends?
Your settings stay saved. Where the free plan allows fewer triggers, blueprints, auto roles, trap channels or followed channels, only the first ones keep running, and only the level rewards with the lowest levels are handed out. Panels, word lists and the like that you already have keep working but cannot grow. The welcome image, the rank card and XP multipliers stop, logs spread over several channels go back to the main one, and three days after the paid period ends the bot’s picture, banner and bio on your server are removed, so you set them up again later. Tickets closed in the meantime keep their transcript for 30 days. Everything else comes back as soon as the server is Premium again.
Do I get an invoice?
For card and other Stripe payments on this website, yes: each one comes with an invoice you can download as a PDF on the billing page. If you subscribe through Discord, Discord bills you and the receipt is in your Discord settings. Gift codes and balance payments come without an invoice.
