Setup questions
Which channel a feature posts in, why a role is not being handed out, what a permission actually does. Ask, and we go through it with you.
Something is broken
What you did, what you expected, what happened instead. Those three lines are what turns a report into a fix.
Ideas and requests
Tell us what you are missing. What gets asked for repeatedly is what gets built next, so early beats polite.
Getting a useful answer quickly
Three things save more back and forth than anything else.
- Your server id. The dashboard address ends with it, and it is how we find the right configuration.
- What you already tried, so nobody suggests it a second time.
- A screenshot of the settings page or of the message in Discord. It beats describing one.
