How it works
Discord decides who may use each command, from your existing permissions.
Mutes use Discord’s own timeout, so they hold even if the bot is offline.
A log channel is what turns moderation from arguments into a record.
Set it up in three steps
Add ZombyIO to your server
Click “Add to Discord”, choose the server and confirm. Quick Start opens straight afterwards and asks what the server is for.
Add to DiscordOpen Moderation in the dashboard
Your server list, then Moderation: two clicks. Or press Ctrl K anywhere in the dashboard and type the name.
Set it up and save
Pick the log channel, a staff channel where every warn, mute, kick and ban is posted with the moderator and the reason. If warnings should add up, choose a preset under Automatic consequences.
Commands
Type / in Discord and they appear, in each member’s own language. Everything else is set up in the dashboard.

What is free, and what Premium adds
Nothing in Moderation depends on the plan. Every part of it works the same on the free plan.
Questions about Moderation
Is Moderation free?
Yes, completely. Every part of Moderation works on the free plan, which is not a trial and does not expire.
Can the bot mute or ban someone automatically after several warnings?
Yes. Under Automatic consequences you set up to five steps. The Balanced preset, for example, gives a one-hour timeout at the third warning, a kick at the fifth and a ban at the seventh, the moment that warning is given.
Why does the bot say it cannot ban or mute a member?
Discord only lets a bot act on members whose highest role sits below its own, so move the ZombyIO role further up in your server’s role list. The bot also refuses when your own highest role is not above the member’s, which is the rule Discord itself applies.
